I couldn’t be happier with the shutters we’ve just had installed. From the very first interaction, the team were professional, responsive, and clearly took real pride in their work. It’s a small, family-owned business, and that really shows in the level of care and attention to detail they bring. Everything was handled smoothly—from consultation through to installation—and they delivered exactly what they promised, on time and to a very high standard. The end result has completely transformed the space. It’s rare to find a company that combines great craftsmanship with such a personal, reliable service. I’d highly recommend them to anyone considering shutters—absolutely delighted with the outcome. Had new shutters and blinds fitted December 2024 by Affordable Shutters. Excellent quality, professional fitting and a great match with existing ones fitted via another company. Called them again last week about damaged blades on the ones they didn't fit and spoke to Kelly, Harry was out the next day to assess the damage and carried out a temporary repair and Jake was out today to change them, all within less than a week. Most amazing company from start to finish! I would highly recommend this company. They were professional, efficient and so accommodating providing us with paper blinds as a temporary measure at no extra cost. 10/10 SERVICE!!!! Would highly recommend affordable shutters to anybody. From start to finish the customer service was outstanding! Harry and Jake did a fantastic job in measuring and fitting our shutters. The ladies in the office are absolutely lovely and kept us up to date throughout the whole process. Wonderful company that cant be recommended highly enough. From start to finish everyone we dealt with was very efficient, helpful and friendly. Very flexible and very understanding, nothing seemed to much trouble. On the initial site visit there was no hard sell, just knowledgeable helpful advice, very good experience. The installation appointment was the same. Its nice when you have someone coming into your home that you feel comfortable with and that they are friendly and pleasant to deal with. The shutters look of very high quality and were expertly installed, they fit perfectly in the bay window. Even better than expected. We have already had neighbours comment on how nice they look and wouldnt have any hesitation in recommending this company to them. I cannot recommend this company enough. I’ve had shutters in two houses from them and both times the service has been brilliant. No one is pushy at all, they take the time to talk you through different options and keep you fully up to date on when they are ready to install.
